Birth and Pregnancy Preparation Classes

Pre-natal classes preparing you for pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. I can either steer you to my online course offering at or we can arrange to do in person (or via Zoom) one on one classes.

Birth and Post-Natal Doula Service

​

If you live in or around the West Midlands I would be honoured to be your birth doula. I work with aromatherapy oils, visualisations and massage. And I also have a birth pool that you can use in the case of a home birth. Includes two antenatal visits, support throughout your labour and birth and one post natal home visit.
